Event Description

We are excited to announce the coordination of the pre-Symposium workshops to be held on Saturday and Sunday, 25 and 26 July 2026, prior to the Symposium. These workshops will be held at Doshisha University, Shinmachi Campus, about a 15-minute subway ride from Kyoto Station.

  • K01-Kokusaikaikan Station, exit for Grand Prince Hotel and Kyoto International Conference Center ICCK
  • K06-Imadegawa Station, exit for Doshisha University
  • K11-Kyoto Station, major transportation hub in Kyoto, linking to other transportation lines 
 

Items that are included with your registration: 

  • Materials to hang posters will be provided.
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches will be provided on both days. 
  • Reception of light hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will occur on Saturday evening following the Workshops.
